Our number one priority is to help mitigate any nasty bugs away from the people in our workspaces and the Community.
Horoia ō ringaringa // Wash your Hands
Our teams are encouraged to exercise regular hand washing throughout the day in addition to hand sanitizing when necessary.
Patuero ō ringaringa // Sanitise your Hands
We encourage customers and visitors to use the available hand sanitizers before entering and exiting our store. There are 2 sanitizing dispensers positioned at both entrances to Tomuri & Co, and one positioned at our main service desk.
Tomuri Reward Tablets Disabled
All touch screen tablets are temporarily unavailable for Tomuri Rewards. Customers can still claim their points by providing their email address to one of our service staff who will apply the points at the end of each day. If you wish to redeem any rewards you can do so by requesting one of our florists to action this for you.
Use of Eftpos Facilities
We encourage customers to use the PayWave Facility available on our eftpos terminals. We have received advice from Eftpos New Zealand on the best way to sanitise our Eftpos Machines and these steps are being applied daily.
Embrace Social Distancing
Spread more Happiness with flowers and embrace social distancing by ordering your flowers online and having them delivered, or simply click and collect from our store in Botany Town Centre.
Here are our Store Trading Hours for your Convenience:
Saturday - Wedneday 9am to 6pm
Thursday and Friday 9am to 9pm
Supporting The New Zealand Flower Industry
By working together Tomuri & Co remains determined that there will always be a positive outcome for the challenges our industry may face as the situation of COVID-19 unfolds. One way that we can help achieve that is by encouraging our New Zealand communities to support their local florists across the country. A list of your local florists can be found in the index of the United Flower Growers - Feel Good with Flowers website.
