Returns & Refunds Policy – Tomuri & Co. Aotearoa

At Tomuri & Co, we are committed to delivering fresh, high-quality flowers and gifts. Because our products are perishable, our returns process is different from non-perishable goods.


 

Returns

We do not accept returns for change of mind or for products that have already been delivered in good condition.

We only accept returns for defective or damaged products. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the flowers.

 

Exchanges

If your flowers are damaged or defective on arrival, we will arrange an exchange, replacement bouquet, refund, or store credit, at our discretion.

 

Return Window

Requests for replacement, refund, or store credit must be made within 24 hours of delivery. After this period, we cannot guarantee replacements or refunds due to the perishable nature of flowers.

 

Return Method

Flowers do not need to be returned to us. Proof of damage (such as a photo) will be required.

 

Return Costs

Customers will not be charged for return costs when products are damaged or defective.
